MVZ Luis Alberto Valencia Flores has been in charge of the UDIBI laboratory animal facility since 2016. He is a Veterinary Zootechnician graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics, UNAM. He is authorized as a Veterinarian in the Animal Facilities Area by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (SADER) and by the National Service for Agrifood Health, Safety, and Quality (SENASICA). With over 8 years of experience working with laboratory animals, as a collaborator in research projects in a third party laboratory authorized by COFEPRIS, he is experienced in the management of immunodeficient and immunocompetent animals; he has worked in BSL-3 and as an auditor of national and international suppliers.
