Biography
The Head of in-vivo Trials is a Veterinarian, graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, UNAM. She is authorized as a Veterinarian in the Animal Facilities Area by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (SADER) and by the National Service for Agrifood Health, Safety, and Quality (SENASICA). She has over 10 years of experience working with laboratory animals, collaborating in research projects in laboratories authorized by COFEPRIS, managing reproduction systems for laboratory rodent colonies, handling rodents in research protocols, managing and developing quality management systems based on ISO-9001 standards, managing NOM-ISO-19011 for audit management, and managing risk management systems in compliance with NOM-ISO-31000.
She is a Visiting Collaborator of the Immunology Graduate Program at the National School of Biological Sciences (ENCB) of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), teaching courses on laboratory animal handling.
