UDITEST-V2G® is designed to detect specific IgG class antibodies against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in serum or plasma samples from patients recovered from COVID-19 disease or vaccinated against SARS- CoV-2 through the indirect ELISA method that can be performed manually or with automated washing equipment. The results can be obtained with conventional absorbance equipment at 450 nm and 570 nm.
